For controls and furniture, the M10-762 comes equipped with a Tapco G2 single-hook trigger group, a removable fire control retaining plate, a Hogue rubber OverMolded pistol grip, a fixed synthetic stock, and a CNC-machined steel side scope rail. It feeds from standard double-stack AKM/AK-47 30-round polymer magazines.
