What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I've tested a lot of trail runners, and the Cloudsurfer Trail 2 is one of the most dialed in for comfort and control. The midsole sidewalls feel super stable on switchbacks, and the updated tread sticks even on loose gravel or slick rock."When the trail winds into the unknown, we lace up the Cloudsurfer Trail 2 Running Shoe to keep our pace light and our footing sure. This trail-specific update to On's cushioned classic is built for the rhythm of elevation changes and varied terrain, blending soft landings with a secure fit and dynamic grip. A combination of CloudTec(R) Phase(TM) and Helion(TM) superfoam softens every step, while the higher sidewalls of the midsole cup our feet for stability and control-especially when things get technical. The breathable, abrasion-resistant upper keeps us cool on sunny ridgelines, and the updated Missiongrip(TM) outsole gives us the traction we need on loose dirt, roots, and wet rocks. Lightweight, cushioned, and trail-hardened, the Cloudsurfer Trail 2 keeps us going-mile after adventurous mile.
