What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore the Mindbender 115 BOA Ski Boot through a big mountain day that started with a short skin up and ended with a long charging descent through variable snow. The BOA system let me micro-adjust the fit right at the top before dropping in, and the Powerlock Spyne walk mode made the climb feel way easier than a traditional buckle boot."K2 built the Mindbender 115 BOA Ski Boot for the skier who wants total confidence whether they're charging a groomed run or working their way up a skin track before dropping into something steeper. The BOA Fit System delivers a precise, micro-adjustable fit that locks in comfort without sacrificing power transmission, so every input translates directly to the ski underfoot. GripWalk outsoles keep things secure whether you're clicking into a binding or walking across a parking lot in ski boots. Inside, a Powerfit Pro Tour Liner brings pre-molded, heat-moldable foam construction together with a stiff asymmetric tongue for real energy transfer on committed turns, while a tour notch at the ankle adds range of motion for the climb. The Powerlock Spyne walk mode opens up a 50-degree range of motion for touring, then locks down for a secure, aggressive connection once you're back in ski mode, giving advanced and expert skiers one boot that handles both sides of a big mountain day.
