What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I took the Koala 103 Ski out on a mixed bag day, groomers in the morning and soft chop by afternoon, and it handled both without complaint. The tip and tail rocker made butters and slarves feel effortless, way more playful than I expected from a 103 underfoot."Some skis want you to point them straight and hang on, and the DPS Koala 103 Ski wants you to have fun instead. Lay into a wide open bowl in the morning, then spend the afternoon hunting side hits and natural features, this ski rewards curiosity as much as speed. The dual layer wood core of poplar and red oak gives it a lively, playful feel underfoot, while carbon fiber and fiberglass laminates add just enough backbone to hold an edge when you decide to point it. A 103mm waist floats through soft snow without giving up quickness on firmer runs, and the partial twin tip makes riding switch or slashing a landing feel natural instead of forced.
