The Carl Gustaf/Flaig's sporter chambered in .250-3000 Savage is a vintage custom hunting rifle built around the strong and proven Swedish Mauser action. Flaig's was a respected Pennsylvania gunsmithing shop known for converting military actions into high-quality sporting rifles, often fitting new barrels, stocks, triggers, and other custom components. The mild-recoiling .250-3000 Savage chambering adds considerable classic appeal and makes this an especially interesting example of mid-century American custom rifle building.
