Extended release cut allows use of the mount on the shotguns shooting 3 1/2 shells and gives clearance needed for bolt handle travel of 1100 and 11-87. Works with full-size scopes and red dot sights with standard Weaver or Picatinny rings or mounts. Great for slug shooting, turkey hunting, or tactical shotgun use. Easy to install in existing pin ports on the receiver - no gunsmith or special tools required. Solid one-piece design of saddle style that straddles both sides of the receiver. Top rail is of the popular Picatinny spec. and can work with red dot sights with an integral Picatinny mount. The 6inch long rail has 14 ring slots to adjust for the most preferred scope or red dot sight placement. Extruded and machined aluminum alloy body in anodized non-glare matte finish.
