The Tula M91/30 is a classic 7.62x54R bolt-action service rifle manufactured at the Tula Arsenal starting in the early 1930s as a shortened and modernized update to the older Imperial Russian M1891 rifle.
Factory Changes: Tula produced these rifles under various factory codes through the 1930s and 1940s.
Ex-Dragoons: Many early Tula M91/30s used older hexagonal receivers originally made for Dragoon rifles in the 1920s.
Sniper Variants: Tula also built specialized sniper versions marked with a Cyrillic "CH" on the barrel shank
