Giro Aries Spherical Helmet Light as a feather, fast as lightning The Giro Aries Spherical Helmet is designed with top-notch protection, ventilation, and performance. This makes the Aries Spherical the perfect helmet for World Tour teams, and ambitious riders everywhere. At the heart of the Aries is MIPS(R) Spherical Technology, a ball-and-socket design that redirects rotational impact forces from certain angled impacts. In addition to MIPS(R), the Aries features a dual-density EPS foam core for high and low-speed impact absorption and an Aura II Reinforcement Arch for improved structural integrity. This results in the Aries Spherical being one of Virginia Tech's highest-ever-rated helmets for crash safety. The featherlight Aries also boasts 21 Wind Tunnel vents and Deep Internal Channeling to direct a high volume of air over the head, keeping you cool while keeping you safe. Features Spherical Technology powered by MIPS(R) is a ball-and-socket design that allows the inner and outer helmet layers to rotate separately, absorbing rotational forces during certain impacts21 Wind Tunnel vents with Deep Internal Channeling provide a wind tunnel effect, for a massive amount of cooling airflow throughout the helmet Virginia Tech #1 safety ranking from the premier independent bicycle helmet safety testing organization Drycore(TM) sweat management system uses an internal silicone bead to redirect sweat away from the rider's eyes Aura II Reinforcing Arch improves the structural rigidity of the helmet while allowing for oversized vent ports Eyewear docking ports with rubber grippers keep your glasses securely stowed on your helmet during extended climbs or in changing light conditions Roc Loc(R) 5+ Air Fit System combines easy helmet retention with optimized airflow by suspending the helmet slightly above the rider's head Progressive Layering(TM) uses two densities of EPS foam to protect from both high and low-speed impacts SPECIFICATIONSCore Material EPS Foam Closure system Buckle Intended Use Road, Gravel, Cyclocross Weight270 grams (size M)Sizing Size Small Medium Large Head Circumference (cm)51 - 55cm55 - 59cm59 - 63cm | Giro | Aries Spherical Helmet Men's | Size Small In White | Rubber
