Giro Syntax MIPS Helmet Long-range comfort meets relentless performance The Giro Syntax MIPS brings European flair and everyday versatility together in one slim, well-ventilated package. Slightly deeper coverage than a traditional road helmet makes it just as at home on mountain trails as city roads, while the In-Mold Hard Body(TM) lower wrap construction fuses a tough polycarbonate shell permanently to the EPS liner for durability without unnecessary bulk. Wind Tunnel(TM) ventilation keeps cool air flowing over and around your head, IONIC+(R) padding keeps things fresh, and the Roc Loc 5 Air MIPS fit system lets you dial in tension and fore-aft tilt with one hand - all while providing an added layer of rotational impact protection. At 280g for size M, it punches well above its weight. Features Integrated Mips(R) Brain Protection System designed to reduce rotational forces that may be transferred to the brain in certain angled impacts Roc Loc(R) 5 Air MIPS Fit System suspends the helmet slightly off the skull for direct airflow over the head, with one-handed fore-aft tilt and tension adjustment for a secure, personalized fit Hard Shell with In-Mold Hard Body(TM) lower wrap a two-piece shell combining a tough outer hard shell with a polycarbonate lower shell permanently fused to the liner for durability without excess weight Wind Tunnel(TM) ventilation active vents in the shell combined with internal exhaust channels push fresh, cool air over and around the rider's head while forcing heat and stale air out IONIC+(R) padding uses pure silver for permanent, natural odour protection to keep the helmet feeling fresh Slightly deeper coverage and a slim design for comfort and style, no matter where you ride Lightweight at 280g (size M)SPECIFICATIONSWeight280g (Size M)Fit System Roc Loc(R) 5 Air MIPSShell Construction In-Mold with Hard Body(TM) Lower Wrap MIPSIntegrated Mips(R)Safety Certifications CE EN 1078Material Composition62% EPS, 15% PC, 10% ABS, 4% POM, 4% Nylon, 3% Polyester, 1% Fiberglass, 1% PUIntended Use Road, Gravel, Trail Sizing Size Small Medium Large XLHead Circumference (in)20. 1 - 21. 7"21. 7 - 23. 2"23. 2 - 24. 8"24. 8 - 25. 6"Head Circumference (cm)51 - 55cm55 - 59cm59 - 63cm63 - 65cm | Giro | Syntax Mips Helmet Men's | Size Small In Matte Stone | Nylon
