What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I picked these up for a young hiker in my family who insists on keeping up on every trail we tackle. The light cushioning and seamless toe kept blisters away even after a full afternoon of scrambling over rocks and chasing every bug she could find."Little legs move fast on the trail, and the Critter Cache Crew Sock is built to keep up with every detour to look at a bug or splash through a puddle. At Backcountry, we know young hikers explore differently, stopping and starting and climbing over anything in their path, and this sock is sized to handle it, fitting just right inside small hiking shoes without bunching or sliding. The light cushioning adds comfort on the bottom of the foot for all that stopping and starting, while the Merino wool keeps little feet comfortable whether the trail is warm and dusty or cool and shaded. It's a sock built for curiosity, made to go wherever the next adventure leads.
