What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I picked these up for a young rider in my family before her first full season of lessons, and the full cushion made a real difference in how long she'd stay out before complaining about cold or sore feet. The seamless toe meant zero fuss getting boots on in the parking lot."We watch a young snowboarder click into her bindings for another lap, still going strong hours into the day, and the Smartwool Wintersport Full Cushion Gondola Games Over the Calf Socks are a big part of why. Built for kids who don't want the cold to cut a snow day short, these socks deliver real cushioning and warmth through a full day of runs, lessons, or sledding. Full cushioning covers the shin, calf, and foot, adding warmth and softening impact where kids need it most during a long day in ski boots. The over the calf height helps keep snow and cold air out, while the Virtually Seamless toe cuts down on the rubbing that can turn a fun day into a cranky one.
