What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I sized down onto the Party Wave Snowboard on a whim and immediately understood the hype, the extra width let me float through soft patches while still holding an edge on the groomed runs back to the lift. It turned an ordinary afternoon into the kind of playful session that made me want to stay out until closing."Every skier daydreams about a run that feels like surfing, and the Party Wave Snowboard delivers exactly that the moment we point it downhill. We size down from our usual length, feel the extra width pick up the slack, and start carving with a looseness that makes the whole mountain feel like a wave. The Core Core construction blends full poplar with beech stringers for a backbone that stays snappy through quick direction changes, while FlexWalls with urethane dampening smooths out the ride when the snow firms up underfoot. The directional shape and SideKick technology lift the nose just enough to keep us floating whenever we drift toward softer snow at the edge of the run.
