The hollow-formed, glass fiber composite construction keeps weight low, and the rubberized inserts give you a secure, positive grip surface no matter where you land on the bar end. It positions independently from the grip body so you can dial the angle to suit your riding style, and it doubles as the grip's locking clamp to prevent rotation under load. Note that due to the additional leverage these bar ends generate, Ergon does not recommend use on carbon handlebars.
