evo.com | Rossignol Snowboards > The Rossignol XV Slashimi Snowboard slices through powder with the kind of precision that makes the "Katana through sashimi" comparison feel surprisingly accurate instead of just marketing getting carried away. Designed with Xavier De Le Rue, this freeride-focused shape blends smooth edge control, powerful camber stability, and a nimble pintail feel that stays composed everywhere from icy traverses to deep storm days. It floats, carves, and cruises with an easy confidence that somehow makes waiting for the next big snowfall feel less urgent and more like part of the plan. 2 x 4 Insert Pattern ABS Sidewalls ABS provides enhanced durability while keeping the core safe from moisture. Sintered 7500 RadCut Mid A traditional sidecut between the inserts fuses with multiple reverse sidecuts toward the tip and tail, providing real time sidecut adjustment to the ride, ie. longer when faster, shorter when slower, and delivering the perfect cut at all times. RadCut is offered in multiple versions, each tailored for individual riding styles. More aggressive sidecut blends deliver quicker, livelier turns, while smoother sidecuts offer a more fluid, relaxed ride. Amptek Elite Approx 10% Rocker / 80% Camber / 10% Rocker.
