What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore the Theo Hybrid Trunk on a long beach weekend and they were the easiest choice I made all trip. The sueded inner waistband makes a real difference during long hours in and out of the water, and the classic profile gives them a look that feels intentional without being overdone."The Theo Hybrid Trunk from Katin reaches back to the simplicity of 1950s surf culture, when the boards were long, the crowds were thin, and the trunks were clean and straightforward. That timeless profile gets updated with a 94% nylon and 6% spandex four-way stretch construction that moves naturally through paddling, swimming, and long hours on the sand without ever getting in the way of a good day. The lace-up waist with a custom Katin drawcord and rubber aglets keeps your fit dialed and secure, while the ultra sueded inner waistband delivers the kind of all-day comfort that makes you forget you are even wearing them. Custom trim along the side seams adds a considered vintage detail, and the back patch pocket with Velcro closure and interior stash pocket give you just enough storage to keep the essentials within reach. The woven Katin label above the left hem ties the whole look together with a quiet, classic finish.
