What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I wore the Sval T-Shirt on a string of muggy trail runs this summer and it never once felt clingy or heavy. The fabric breathes so well that I forgot I had a shirt on, and the internal hanging loop made it easy to rinse and dry before my next outing."The trailhead parking lot is already warm by eight in the morning, and that's exactly when the Sval T-Shirt earns its keep. At Backcountry, we know summer miles are won or lost in the first layer against your skin, and this tee is built for the kind of day that starts with a hike and ends with a campfire. It moves with you through switchbacks and shoulder season heat without ever feeling sticky or stiff. What makes it a staple for long days outside is how little you have to think about it. The lightweight, moisture managing fabric keeps you comfortable whether you're climbing a ridge or lounging at camp, and when the day winds down, you can rinse it out and hang it from its built in loop to dry before morning. It's the kind of simple, reliable gear that disappears into the background of a good trip.
