What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I run these on my own TT setup and the microfiber surface is noticeably better than bare foam over anything longer than 20 minutes. The 3M-backed velcro kept them from shifting even on chip seal, which has been a problem with cheaper pads I've tried."The details that make a hard effort sustainable are easy to overlook until they are missing. The PRO Missile EVO Armrest Pads sit right at that intersection, turning the part of a time trial position that tends to ache first into a contact point you can forget about. Microfiber-covered foam at 1cm thickness cushions the elbow and forearm without pushing you off your fit, and the surface grips rather than slips as the effort builds and the miles stack up. Velcro mounting with 3M adhesive backing locks the pads in place through rough roads and long rides, so the position you dialed in at the start of the effort is the same one you are holding at the finish.
