SureFire’s WARCOMP is essentially a cross between a muzzle brake and a flash hider, and delivers the best of both. In terms of flash suppression, the WARCOMP eliminates more that 98% of visible muzzle flash when compared to a bare muzzle, this helps keep your position concealed and preserves your dark-adapted vision. The WARCOMP’s muzzle brake capabilities are equally impressive by virtually eliminating muzzle rise during rapid fire, thanks to a series of upward facing ports. The position of these ports can be altered to fit an individual’s shooting style and ammunition preference. In addition to it’s excellent muzzle-flash/muzzle-rise reducing capabilities, the WARCOMP serves as a rock solid mounting adapter for SureFire’s series of SOCOM suppressors.
