Combining enhanced functionality and unrivaled style, Kimbers Rapide 1911 will have you convinced youre shooting a pistol worth thousands more than what you paid for it. One of the most noticeable features of the Kimber Rapide is the Titanium Nitride (TiN) finish on barrel that gives the impression that the barrel is finished in gold. However the TiN finish isnt purely aesthetic it significantly increases the durability of barrel while reducing friction. The slide and frame of the Kimber Rapide are finished with Kimbers ultra-durable KimPro II black finish designed to resist chemicals, moisture, salt, and even UV light. The lightening cuts found on both sides of the slide reduce weight for faster locking while showing off TiN finish of the barrel. The Rapide provides a superior grip using front and rear strap texturing and the G-10 WavZ stippled grip. The pistol is topped off with Tru-Glos TF X Pro Day/Night Sights so you can feel comfortable deploying the Rapide in all lighting conditions. For those looking for a 1911 that is as eye-catching as it is reliable and accurate, the Kimber Rapide will not just meet expectations, but surpass them.
