Dan Wesson 01793 Bruin 10mm Auto 8rd Optic Ready PistolThe Dan Wesson Bruin 10mm Auto is an optic-ready pistol featuring an 8-round capacity. It boasts a front sight with fiber optics and tritium for enhanced visibility, along with adjustable rear night sights for accuracy in various lighting conditions. The Dan Wesson 01793 pistol is designed for optimal performance with a 6-inch barrel, providing exceptional accuracy and control. It also includes G10 grips for a secure hold, making it a reliable choice for both competitive shooting and personal defense. The Bruin was developed in response to the rising popularity of 10mm handguns and is Dan Wesson's first long-slide 1911. Featuring a robust 6-inch barrel, the Bruin maximizes the potential of the powerful 10mm cartridge by allowing for optimal combustion of its powder charge. This longer barrel, combined with a high-velocity chambering, enhances the pistol's accuracy, further complemented by a set of adjustable sights. The front sight incorporates a combination of fiber optics and tritium, while the rear sights also include tritium, ensuring precision in both bright daylight and low-light conditions. The extended slide provides a longer sight radius, and a serrated, flattop rib minimizes glare between the front and rear sights. Additional features of the Dan Wesson Bruin Pistol include a long, solid trigger with a serrated face for a classic aesthetic, and a square, Commander-style tactical hammer for improved handling. The pistol is also equipped with G10 grips and 25 LPI checkering on the front and back straps, providing superior control and comfort during use.
