Kimber 82 Government .22 LR Rifle - U.S. Training Rifle
Up for sale is a Kimber 82 Government chambered in .22 LR, a highly respected bolt-action target and training rifle known for its outstanding accuracy and quality craftsmanship. Originally produced for military and civilian marksmanship training programs, the Kimber 82 Government has earned a strong reputation among collectors and precision rimfire shooters alike.
This rifle features a heavy barrel, excellent adjustable target sights, and a smooth bolt action typical of Kimber's premium manufacturing during this era. The hardwood stock is solid with normal handling marks from use and storage, while the metal finish remains in very good condition overall.
The trigger is crisp, and the rifle is an excellent shooter whether for target work, small game, or collection purposes. These rifles are becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition and are sought after for both their performance and historical connection to U.S. marksmanship programs.
