"Women's Ryka® Dedicate Xtra LX: The Dedicate Xtra LX is a women's fitness walking shoe from Ryka built around one core idea - that women's feet move differently, and footwear should reflect that. Ryka's RYKAQ Tech is designed around a woman's quadricep muscle Q angle, which means a narrower heel, roomier toe box, and contoured cushioning that supports the way women naturally walk. If you log regular miles on foot and want a shoe that actually fits the shape of your stride, this one is worth a close look.Underfoot, ACTIVenergy EVA foam keeps the midsole soft and responsive, with extra RE-ZORB LITE cushioning in the forefoot and heel for added shock absorption where you need it most. The anatomical Q insole adds arch and heel support, and the built-in compression channels in the two-piece rubber outsole help absorb impact with each step. The breathable engineered mesh upper keeps airflow moving, while anti-odor and anti-microbial lining treatments help the shoe stay fresh over time. A molded heel stabilizer and high-abrasion collar lining round out a construction focused on long-term comfort and durability. At 8.7 ounces with a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop, it's a lightweight option for everyday fitness walking. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I recommend the Dedicate Xtra LX to women who are on their feet a lot and want something that actually fits well through the heel without squeezing the toes.
