"Women's Ryka® Devoted RS: The Ryka® Devoted RS is a cushioned walking shoe built with nurses, healthcare workers, and anyone who spends long hours on their feet in mind. It's machine washable and treated with RykaShield Stain Protectant, so keeping them clean after a demanding shift is straightforward. With a 10 mm heel-to-toe drop and a weight of just 8.6 oz per shoe, the Devoted RS feels light and supportive through a full day of high-performance fitness walking. The cushioning system is where this shoe earns its keep. Full-length RE-ZORB responsive cushioning works through the entire footbed to absorb shock and reduce impact forces - something that matters a lot when you're logging miles on hard floors. RE-ZORB LITE pads in the forefoot and heel add an extra layer of protection right where you need it most. The anatomical insole provides arch and heel support, and the midsole combines lightweight EVA with that RE-ZORB cushioning for a soft, stable feel underfoot. A breathable air mesh upper keeps airflow moving, while the padded tongue and heel collar add comfort around the ankle. The durable two-piece rubber outsole with built-in compression channels handles grip and shock absorption, and the secure lace-up closure with pull tabs at the tongue and heel makes getting in and out easy. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I recommend these to anyone who works on their feet all day - nurses especially. The RE-ZORB cushioning really does make a difference by the end of a long shift, and the fact that you can just toss them in the washing machine is a huge bonus. The arch support feels intentional, not just padded."" - Hallie, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Phoenix AZWho It's Best ForIf you're a nurse, healthcare worker, or anyone who puts in long hours walking on hard surfaces, the Devoted RS is worth a serious look.
