"Men's Nike® Zoom Fly 6: The Men's Nike Zoom Fly 6 is a max-cushion neutral running shoe built for runners who want a responsive, energetic ride on the road. ZoomX foam - Nike's lightest and most responsive foam - gives you a noticeable rebound with every stride, so the shoe feels lively whether you're logging easy miles or pushing the pace on a tempo run. At 9.3 ounces with an 8mm heel-to-toe drop, it strikes a balance between cushioned comfort and a stride that keeps moving forward.Underfoot, a full-length carbon fiber plate works with the ZoomX foam to increase responsiveness and help your foot transition efficiently through each step. The thin rubber outsole keeps the overall package light while still giving you reliable grip on the road. The Zoom Fly 6 is built for neutral runners with medium to high arches who want max cushioning without sacrificing that forward-moving feel - the kind of shoe that holds up across a wide range of distances and paces. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a longer tempo run and was surprised by how much cushioning they have without feeling heavy or slow. The carbon plate really does make a difference - you can feel the shoe pushing you through toe-off instead of just absorbing the impact. If you like a cushioned ride but still want some snap in your step, these are worth trying."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner who wants max cushioning and a responsive feel for road running - whether that's daily training, tempo work, or longer distances - the Zoom Fly 6 is worth a serious look. It fits runners with medium to high arches who don't need added support but do want a shoe that feels energetic and cushioned at the same time. Runners who size up half a size tend to get the best fit. VIP Family members can take the Zoom Fly 6 for a 90-Day test drive with our Perfect Fit Guarantee."
