"Women's On® Performance Long-T: When the temperature drops but you still want to move fast, the On Performance Long-T is a lightweight women's long sleeve running shirt that keeps up. It's built for cool-weather training runs - the kind of mornings where a short sleeve isn't quite enough but a heavy layer would slow you down. Wear it on its own during fall workouts or layer it easily under a vest or jacket as conditions change. The fabric blend - 90% polyester/10% elastane on the front and 77% polyester/23% elastane on the back - moves moisture away from your skin and promotes airflow so you stay comfortable whether you're running easy miles or pushing the pace. The stretch in the construction allows natural arm movement without excess fabric getting in the way, and the smooth finish helps reduce friction during longer efforts. It's a practical, no-fuss long sleeve that does exactly what you need it to do on a cool training day.Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I reach for this shirt on those in-between mornings when I'm not sure what to wear - it's light enough that I don't overheat once I'm warmed up, but it takes the edge off the chill at the start. I also like that it layers cleanly under a vest without bunching up."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForThe On Performance Long-T is a great fit for women who run through fall and winter and want a lightweight long sleeve that handles cool conditions without adding bulk.
