What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “I like these for cold morning runs when normal tights just aren’t enough. The wind-resistant fabric really cuts the chill, and the insulated panels keep my knees and seat warm without making the whole tight bulky. They also breathe well during high-output efforts, which makes them great for winter training.”When the temperature drops but the miles still call, we reach for the Kor Alloy Tight from Mountain Hardwear and head out into the cold. Built for winter runs and high-output pursuits, these performance tights balance warmth, breathability, and mobility so we can keep moving comfortably through frosty mornings and windy trails. The lightweight Pertex Quantum Air fabric blocks biting winds while remaining breathable enough for fast-paced movement. Strategically placed PrimaLoft Gold Active insulation keeps our knees and seat warm where cold tends to settle, while the AirMesh lining improves airflow and moisture management during hard efforts. Stretch panels allow unrestricted movement as we stride, climb, and descend. An elastic waistband with drawcord secures the fit, and zippered pockets keep essentials close at hand. With performance-driven warmth and mobility, these tights are built to keep winter training on track.
