"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: ""I was honestly skeptical about Step On until I rode the Atlas version. The entry and exit are lightning fast, but it still feels like a true Atlas underfoot—stiff, responsive, and confidence-inspiring. The Hi-Flex EVA bushings soak up chatter, and the Step On system locks in so solid I forget I’m not riding a traditional strap binding."" We ride the Union Atlas Step On when we want convenience without compromise. This all-new design fuses Union’s proven Atlas performance with the speed and simplicity of the Step On Instant Connection™ System. Getting in is as easy as heel, toe, click—and just like that, we’re locked in and ready to ride. When it’s time to step out, a quick lever pull frees us up to walk away without fuss. It’s speed, precision, and power all wrapped into one. Engineered for riders who demand instant response, the Atlas Step On features a Duraflex baseplate built to Union’s toughest standards and paired with a Step On-specific highback that provides reliable, adjustable support. Hi-Flex EVA bushings dampen vibrations and impacts, keeping every run smooth while reducing fatigue. Add in the non-stick EVA disk cover that sheds ice and snow, and we get a binding that’s fast, comfortable, and built to handle everything from groomers to powder to steep technical lines."
