What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I have been training on the Elite Pro Tubeless Tire through all kinds of conditions and the 220TPI Super Polyester casing delivers a ride quality and road feel that is genuinely difficult to find at this price point. The Easy-Fit Shape moulding made setup noticeably easier than most tubeless tires I have worked with, and the Smart compound holds up through high mileage weeks without losing its character."Not everyone needs a race-day tire, but everyone deserves to know what handmade actually feels like underfoot, and the Challenge Elite Pro Tubeless Tire was designed to make that accessible. Built as the entry point into Challenge's handmade PRO road lineup, it combines a 220TPI Super Polyester casing with Smart compound and a tubeless-ready construction that delivers a ride quality and suppleness that conventionally produced tires simply cannot offer at any price. Whether the plan is a long training block, a year-round commute, or a mixed surface weekend ride, the Elite Pro Tubeless Tire brings handmade artisan quality to miles that matter. The 220TPI Super Polyester casing is significantly softer and more durable than nylon alternatives and fully impervious to water, making it a reliable foundation for all-season riding. Challenge's new Easy-Fit Shape moulding process gently pre-forms the tire before it leaves the factory, making tubeless mounting and inflation noticeably more straightforward than with traditionally shaped tires. The Smart compound stays soft and responsive because it is never hardened by the heat of vulcanization, and PPS puncture protection adds a tightly-woven barrier between the tread and casing to keep flats from cutting a good ride short. Challenge Smart Tubeless Sealant is recommended for the best possible setup and long-term airtight performance.
