Fork steerer tube clamp assembly with M4 x 0.7P x16mm pinch bolt (1 pcs). Keys into the compression ring to ensure both parts move together. Steerer stop block with M5 x 0.8P x 12mm mounting bolt. Bolts to the back of the headtube. Updated collar should only be used with updated top covers S252500002 (w/ ICR ports) or S252500001 (no ICR ports).
