What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying: "I like this shoe for active kids who are constantly on the move. The FuelCell midsole feels soft and springy without being unstable, and the added rubber on the outsole holds up well to playground wear. It's lightweight, comfortable, and versatile enough for everything from run club to daily school laps." When the day is packed with sprints, games, and nonstop motion, we lace up the FuelCell Rebel Shoe from New Balance to keep pace. Inspired by the energetic feel of the adult Rebel, this version delivers the same lively ride in a build designed for all-day play. The FuelCell midsole provides soft, responsive cushioning that helps absorb impact while adding a little extra pop to every stride. A breathable engineered mesh upper keeps airflow moving, while the plush tongue and padded collar create a secure, comfortable fit. Underfoot, a more durable rubber outsole increases grip and longevity, giving us confidence whether the action's on pavement, playground blacktop, or the track.
