Known for its exceptional build quality and mechanical similarity to the early Browning Citori, the 800 series was designed primarily for competitive clay shooting, particularly skeet and trap. A robust over-and-under boxlock action featuring a silver finish. One distinctive mechanical feature is the use of V-springs rather than modern coil springs, which many shooters believe provides a crisper trigger pull. Fitted with high-grade, oil-finished checkered walnut. As a higher grade model, it features extensive hand-engraved scrollwork and floral motifs across the action, top lever, and trigger guard.
