What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"Fishpond spent real time getting the Stormshadow right and it shows. The magnetic front pocket is fast enough to access mid-wade without looking down, and the TRU Zip waterproof pocket handles your phone and wallet without any drama near the water. The posterior net slot is genuinely useful for guides running larger nets, and the backpack attachment straps mean this can front-load onto your Thunderhead or Ridgeline when you need the extra capacity. It's a chest pack that doesn't ask you to give anything up to go minimal."There's a point in any angler's life when the gear stops being about having more and starts being about having the right things in the right places. The Fishpond Stormshadow Chest Pack was designed for that angler. Built from recycled canvas fabric and refined across years of real guiding, it carries everything a focused day on the water requires without any of the bulk that slows you down in the current. The magnetic quick-access front pocket puts multiple fly boxes at your fingertips between casts, while the hidden interior zip pocket and front stretch pocket handle terminal tackle and the small essentials that need a home. The integrated TRU Zip waterproof pocket seals your valuables against full submersion so a stumble in a deep run doesn't end the day early. Diecut, Hypalon, and coated webbing attachment points keep tools exactly where you put them, and the posterior net slot keeps even a long-handled guide net clear of your casting stroke. When the water demands more, included attachment straps connect the Stormshadow directly to your Fishpond backpack and expand the system without interrupting the setup.
