The DOGTAG is an anodized multifaceted mount plate that provides protection and reduces carbon build up on the glass using a gas deflection table on the front, this is especially noticed when running suppressed. Their DOGTAG also reduces the amount of space between the optic and the slide, securing the optic to prevent any movement and removing the possibility of the red dot shifting off zero.
