For cricket batters looking for extra protection in the face of sustained, fast, short-pitched bowling, the Pro Performance Upper Body Guard by Gray-Nicolls is the perfect solution. The body guard (or chest guard) is discreet and lightweight, allowing you to focus on playing the ball. If you do get hit on the pad, the three-level protection will absorb the impact and repel the fast bowler. This will give the batter peace of mind that they can play their shots without the fear of injury. The pad will resist multiple blows thanks to the brilliant premium PU cover which ensures the durability of the body guard week after week. The Upper Body Guard comes with an ingenious colour coordinated strap system that makes the protection easy to fit, even when in a rush to get your gear on. The strap is secure and comfortable, so much so that you'll forget you are wearing it by the time you reach the wicket. If you require the added confidence against short-pitched bowling, we recommend the Pro Performance Upper Body Guard. Focus on scoring rather than surviving and take your game up a level.
