They start by using pre-preg carbon fiber material laid into the molds, vacuum bagged and with a mold plug then baked in an autoclave to cure. After that they are finished, then painted with a high-gloss clear that is simply stunning, the depth of the color will astonish you. This manufacturing process creates a defect-free carbon fiber part that is as beautiful as they are light and strong.
