"Women's Nike® Pro 365 3"" Short: The Women's Nike® Pro 365 3"" Short is a compression-fit short built for training, cross-training, and any workout where you want a close, supportive feel that moves with you. The tight, body-hugging fit keeps the short in place so you can focus on the effort rather than adjusting your gear. Whether you're hitting the gym, running intervals, or layering under a longer short, this is the kind of base-layer short that earns a permanent spot in your rotation.Nike Dri-FIT technology pulls moisture away from your skin and helps it dry quickly, so you stay comfortable even when the effort heats up. The wide, mid-rise elastic waistband sits securely around your core without digging in, giving you a stable, supportive feel through every movement. The fabric blend - 78-83% polyester and 17-22% spandex - provides the stretch you need to move freely while maintaining that fitted, second-skin feel. At a 3-inch inseam, the short offers minimal coverage that works well for high-intensity training and warm-weather workouts. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I reach for these when I'm doing speed work or strength training because the fit stays put no matter what I'm doing. The waistband is wide enough that it actually feels supportive rather than just decorative, and the Dri-FIT fabric keeps me from feeling damp mid-workout. They also layer really well under a looser short if you want a little more coverage."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForThe Nike® Pro 365 3"" Short is a strong choice for women who prefer a compression fit during training, gym sessions, or warm-weather runs. If you like a short that stays in place, wicks sweat efficiently, and provides core support through a wide waistband, this one fits the bill. It's also a practical layering option for athletes who wear a fitted base layer under a looser outer short.
