"Men's Saucony® Guide 19: The Men's Saucony Guide 19 is a stability running shoe built for daily training - the kind of shoe you reach for when you want soft, protective cushioning and a guided ride without anything feeling forced. It weighs in at 9.7 ounces with a 6 mm heel-to-toe drop, and the max cushion setup keeps the ride comfortable from the first mile to the last. If you overpronate or just prefer a stable platform underfoot, the Guide 19 gives you that support in a way that feels natural rather than corrective.CenterPath Technology™ uses a broad base platform with a higher sidewall design to guide your foot forward with balance and control - no clunky posts, just a smooth, centered stride. PWRRUN cushioning keeps the underfoot feel soft and responsive, so easy runs and longer efforts stay comfortable without the ride feeling sluggish. The engineered mesh upper moves with your foot and keeps airflow circulating, while updated forefoot construction lets the shoe flex naturally through toe-off. Reinforced design elements add durability for consistent daily use, and the shoe is built with recycled materials and is vegan. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put the Guide 19 on customers who want stability but hate feeling like they're wearing a corrective device.
