"Chirp® Wheel XR 4"" Neck Pain Relief: The Chirp® Wheel XR 4"" Neck Pain Relief is a compact massage and recovery tool designed for anyone dealing with tension in the neck and upper back. Shaped nodes target the suboccipital muscles at the base of your skull, applying focused pressure to areas where tightness commonly builds. Whether you're recovering after a workout or unwinding after a long day at your desk, this unisex tool fits naturally into your daily routine. The resting applied pressure approach means your body's own weight does the work, so there's no technique to master. The Spinal Canal™ design runs along the center of the wheel, protecting your spine from direct pressure during use. The shaped nodes provide targeted suboccipital release in the neck and upper back muscles, which means you get relief without requiring additional equipment or a professional session. Simply place the wheel at the base of your skull, lay back, and allow the tension to release gradually. The 4"" size makes it easy to position precisely, so the nodes contact the right muscles consistently across massage and recovery sessions. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I started keeping the Chirp Wheel XR 4"" at my desk and using it for a few minutes after back-to-back shifts on the floor. The shaped nodes hit exactly the right spot at the base of my skull, and the tension I carry in my neck releases noticeably within a couple of minutes."" - Sean, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Chula Vista, CAWho It's Best ForThe Chirp® Wheel XR 4"" Neck Pain Relief is best for anyone who carries tension in the neck and upper back and wants a simple, consistent way to address it during daily recovery.
