"Amphipod® AirFlow™ Lite Waist Pack: The AirFlow™ Lite is a lightweight running waist pack built for runners and fitness enthusiasts who need secure, minimal storage without the bulk or bounce. Measuring 8"" x 3.5"", it carries just enough for a run-your phone, a gel, your keys-without adding noticeable weight. The ergonomic design stays put during movement, so you can focus on your effort rather than adjusting your gear mid-stride. Whether you're doing daily training runs, long runs, or fitness workouts, this unisex pack keeps essentials organized and accessible.AirFlow™ mesh lines both the front and back panels, circulating air between the pack and your body to keep the contact area dry during runs. Two internal compartments let you organize nutrition and electronics separately, while the moisture-protected construction adds a layer of security for items that need to stay dry. The zippered closure keeps everything secure, and the minimalist profile means you'll forget you're wearing it after the first mile. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I grabbed the AirFlow™ Lite on a warm morning run where I needed to carry a gel and my phone without anything bouncing around. The mesh back kept things noticeably cooler against my body, and I honestly forgot I was wearing it after the first mile."" - Michael, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, Seattle WAWho It's Best ForThe Amphipod® AirFlow™ Lite Waist Pack is best for runners and fitness enthusiasts who want lightweight, low-profile storage for daily training runs, long runs, and workouts where carrying a phone, nutrition, or small essentials is a must.
