"Men's Xero Shoes® Scrambler Trail Low Waterproof: If you want to move light and stay dry on the trail, the Scrambler Trail Low Waterproof is a men's hiking shoe worth a close look. Built around a minimal, barefoot-inspired design, it keeps your feet connected to the terrain while the XeroTex® waterproof membrane works to keep moisture out in wet conditions. A gusseted tongue adds another layer of protection against water and debris, so you can stay focused on the trail ahead. Whether you're moving quickly over technical ground or settling in for a long, steady hike, this shoe is flexible and light enough to keep up.The ripstop upper with welded overlays gives you durable protection without adding unnecessary bulk, which is exactly what a minimal trail hiker should do. The flexible construction lets your foot move naturally underfoot, while the grippy outsole holds its own on varied terrain and is built to last through repeated use. Sizing runs up half a size, so keep that in mind when ordering. This is a neutral shoe, so it works best for hikers whose feet don't need additional motion control or arch support built into the shoe itself. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I took these out on a wet, rooty trail and was genuinely surprised how dry my feet stayed the whole time. They feel almost like wearing nothing, which I know sounds strange, but if you're used to heavy hiking boots, these will change how you think about moving on the trail. Great for people who want to feel the ground without sacrificing weather protection."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you prefer a lightweight, minimal feel on the trail and want waterproof protection for wet-weather hikes, the Scrambler Trail Low Waterproof is a strong option.
