The JP Enterprises JP-5 Competition is the factory-ready pistol caliber carbine built specifically for action shooters who want a genuinely competition-capable JP PCC without spending additional time and money on aftermarket upgrades before the first match. Every major component on the JP5 rifle was selected around the specific performance requirements of PCC competition — trigger quality, recoil management, barrel precision, and platform reliability that competitive shooters demand from equipment they trust on a match day. The JP5 9mm 14.5" polished match-grade barrel delivers the accuracy foundation that PCC competition demands — a precision barrel that takes full advantage of the 9mm cartridge's inherent accuracy potential at the distances and target sizes that action shooting stages produce. JP's Competition Series muzzle device on top redirects gases to cancel a meaningful portion of the recoil impulse — keeping the JP5 PCC neutral and balanced through rapid-fire strings, so the muzzle returns on target faster between shots. The JP 9mm PCC JP EZ Trigger System is what separates the JP-5 Competition from factory PCC platforms that require trigger work to be genuinely match-ready, a single-stage 3.5- to 4-pound pull with the precision, reliability, and safety that competitive shooting requires. Clean break, consistent reset, and the confidence to press the trigger fast under match pressure. The JP-5 MK III Rapid Configuration Modular Hand Guard provides shooters with flexible accessory mounting and natural support for hand positioning. The Hogue Overmolded Carbine stock delivers a consistent cheek weld and comfortable length of pull through a full match day.
