The Vectronix / Safran I-CUGR-C is a compact, weapon-mountable, eye-safe laser rangefinder and aiming module built for tactical use. Designed to clamp to a standard Picatinny rail, the unit combines an eye-safe (low-power) laser rangefinder with visible and infrared aiming/illumination functions and night-vision compatibility in a single rugged package. It’s small and lightweight so it won’t upset weapon balance, yet tough enough for field use, weatherproof, shock-resistant, and rated to operate across wide temperature extremes. Key capabilities and benefits: Eye-safe distance measurement: Provides non-hazardous laser ranging and target distance readouts while complying with eye-safety constraints. Multi-mode aiming/illumination: Integrated visible laser and IR aim/flood options let operators mark or illuminate targets for both naked-eye and night-vision use. Weapon-mounted convenience: Picatinny-rail mounting and compact footprint keep the unit on your rifle and ready without interfering with optics or handling. Rugged, tactical design: Built to military-grade environmental and shock standards for reliable performance in adverse conditions. Straightforward power and controls: Simple button/remote operation and standard battery type for easy field servicing. Systems integration: Can be used with external ballistic or environmental sensors to support aiming solutions or digital fire-control workflows. Who it’s for? Operators who need a compact, safe, and rugged on-weapon solution for rangefinding and aiming, including military personnel, law enforcement tactical teams, and professional shooters who require a reliable, low-risk laser package that works with night-vision equipment.
