The Trijicon RMR mount AC32075 Quick Release Lower 1/3 Co-Witness Mount features a lightweight aluminum design with a matte black anodized finish - the purpose-built mounting solution that positions the Trijicon RMR at lower 1/3 co-witness height on any Picatinny rail-equipped weapon platform, mounting the RMR higher than the iron sights so the iron sights remain visible in the lower third of the optical window as a reliable backup aiming solution. The AC32075 lower 1/3 co-witness configuration mounts the RMR higher than the iron sights — the specific height relationship that gives the shooter a cleaner, less cluttered primary red dot sight picture while keeping the iron sights accessible and visible in the lower third of the optical window for fast backup aiming if the primary red dot fails or the battery dies. For serious AR platform shooters who want the best of both the uncluttered red dot sight picture and the iron-sight backup capability, the lower 1/3 co-witness configuration is the preferred mounting height, delivering that balance. The Quick Release Mount AC32075 one-handed, tool-free mounting system allows fast, straightforward attachment and removal from any Picatinny rail-equipped weapon platform without tools - the practical quick-release capability that serious shooters who run the same optic across multiple platforms or who need to remove and remount frequently specifically reach for. The Red dot mount AC32075, with lightweight aluminum construction and a matte black anodized finish, installs on any standard Picatinny rail-equipped rifle or carbine - universal Picatinny compatibility that makes the lower 1/3 co-witness mount the practical solution across the broadest range of AR and other Picatinny-equipped platforms.
