The Geissele AK Trigger Ultimate with Lightning Bow (AKT-UL) 05-327 is a single-stage trigger assembly designed for compatible AK-platform rifles. Developed by Geissele Automatics, it combines the company's AK trigger design with the distinctive Lightning Bow trigger profile for a purpose-built interface. The Geissele AK Trigger features a single-stage configuration with a defined trigger pull and release. Unlike a two-stage trigger, the single-stage design does not include a separate first-stage take-up before the release point. The assembly is designed as a direct replacement component for compatible AK platforms. A defining feature of the AKT-UL is its Lightning Bow trigger. The ALG Ultimate AK trigger designation reflects the design's development within the Geissele/ALG family of firearm components. The Lightning Bow provides a distinctive trigger profile while maintaining the familiar operating format of an AK trigger assembly. The ALG AKT UL is manufactured for compatibility with the operating characteristics of AK-pattern rifles. Its dedicated construction and platform-specific geometry distinguish it from general-purpose trigger assemblies. The AKT-UL configuration brings the Lightning Bow design together with a single-stage trigger system in one assembly. The AKT-UL trigger is suited to compatible AK builds where a purpose-designed replacement trigger is required. Its single-stage configuration and Lightning Bow profile make it readily distinguishable from conventional AK trigger designs and from Geissele's two-stage trigger offerings. As part of the Geissele trigger lineup, the AKT-UL reflects the company's focus on purpose-built firearm components. The combination of an AK-specific trigger assembly and Lightning Bow provides a dedicated configuration for compatible AK-platform applications.
