These smoke bisquettes (model BTAL24) are composed of alder wood, highly compressed to form a dense, evenly-burning fuel that will generate pure, flavorful smoke for about 20 minutes. These puck-shaped smoke bisquettes (package of 24) are for use in Bradley Smokers but work in lots of different smoker brands and can even be used in regular charcoal barbecue grills. When ignited, these bisquettes produce a musky flavor that&&';;s sweet but mild. And since these bisquettes are manufactured by Bradley Smoker, they burn cleanly and leave no bitter aftertaste. These fuel lozenges will help you produce a wide variety of smoked meats, cheeses and vegetables that you will be delighted to serve.
