A set of 4 seals, bearing inserts, covers and a syringe of our low friction grease. These are all the parts needed to perform a service on a Sram DUB compatible bottom bracket. Bearing service is recommended once the bearings start showing any sign of contamination. We recommend a bearing service at least once per year, or sooner if you notice the bearings are getting crunchy or do not spin as smoothly as they used to. This set will service one complete bottom bracket. Replace the seals and bearing covers with every service. Please download our service manual for the best practices. Choose DUB86 for the BB86 and BB92 models Choose DUB30 for all other DUB compatible bottom brackets. Choose road seals for lowest friction on road bikes. Choose cross seals for best protection. Cross seals are recommended if you take your bike off-road or frequently ride on wet roads.
