Keep cans, bottles, and wrappers from flying around your boat, RV, or truck. The Waste Band - Large is a vacuum-mount garbage bag holder that mounts to any smooth, non-porous surface. Slide a bag over the hoop, snap on the clips, and you have a trash can anywhere you need one. Two 4.5" SeaSucker vacuum cups hold it firmly, and it releases just as fast when you're done. Each Waste Band includes the hoop and clips; garbage bags are not included.
