You need to drink. Might as well have some real nice cages to carry your bottles. We feel that these ones strike a terrific balance of keeping your bottles secure while still being easy to get them in or out. They are definitley gravel and MTB rated. Your bottles won't launch during bumpy descents and even tall bottles remain silent in the rockiest of conditions.
