Our Tactical Tourniquet Holder is designed to accommodate the Gen 7 or earlier Combat Application Tourniquet from North American Rescue. Alternatively, you can also carry other tourniquets such as the SOF-TT Wide but they will not fit as snug. This hard-sided pouch ensures fast and reliable deployment of the tourniquet in a medical emergency. The holder is equipped with a strong but flexible belt loop that can attach to a traditional belt (up to 2.5 inches in width) or a molle case or bag. Alternatively, you can remove the included clip and attach a custom clip of your choice using any of the various attachment points. It is constructed of a durable and environmentally friendly PP material.
