Montgomery's Farmhouse Cheddar offers a rich and complex flavor profile that evolves with every bite. The initial taste is creamy and buttery, giving way to brothy, savory notes. The texture is crumbly, with a satisfyingly dense and fudgy consistency that enhances the overall tasting experience. One of the elements that sets Montgomery's Farmhouse Cheddar apart is their use of raw, unpasteurized cow's milk sourced from their own herd of Friesian cows. The use of raw milk contributes to the cheese's distinct flavors and textures, allowing the terroir of Somerset to shine through in every bite. The versatility of Montgomery's Cheddar cheese makes it an excellent choice for various culinary pairings. Enjoy it on its own with a drizzle of honey, paired with crisp apples, or accompanied by a glass of full-bodied red wine.
